Claims Against Mr. Allison
Document 1798Henley notes that he will forward Captain Rickard's accounts although he can find nothing unusual in them. It appears that Mr. Allison has used the money from the three schedules of discharges for other purposes than that for which they were intended. Smith, Evans, and HInds are the three claimants who are making this charge so Henley asks Simmons to render a judgement.
