Sir,
By order of the Secretary of War I have shipped to your address on board the Schooner Sally Captt Church the articles inserted in the enclosed Invoice, for the Men under your command. If on examination they are found to have got safely to hand, & answer with the invoice, be pleased to note it to me by the return of the MrSr. You will be pleased to receipt on the back of the bill of lading when the goods are delivered to entitle the Captain or owner to their freight
