I rec'd your letter of the 16 Inst. enclosing Musters & Pay Rolls for November & December of the Detachment at West Point also the Subsistence accounts of the Officers of the said Detachment for October November & December 97. the former have undergone the necessary examination and the following is the Result Viz —
