You will receive from John Chester Supervisor at Weathersfield, the sum of Fifty six Dollars & Ninety Cents, being the balance due the Recruits inlisted by you agreeably to your Recruiting account - for bounty. Enclose for your government in making the payments, a list of the names of the recruits with the sums due each - exclusive of the four Dollars which by law is directed to be withheld until they join their Regiment - when you have completed those payments please to forward the Receipts. and then a general settlement will take place, and your account balanced.
