Accountants Office January 16 1795 Sir I received your letter of the 13^th Inst^t enclosing a receipt roll for pay of yourself and recruits for December and sundry receipts for bounties paid by you. The amount of the former will be passed to your credit on the Books of this Office being eighty nine Dollars and fifty three Cents. the latter will be filed in the usual manner, to await a Settlement of your recruiting account. On a reference to the latest Muster Roll of Cap^t Lymans Company in this Office Charles Lousley is mustered present and is noted to have Enlisted for three Years the 6^th March 1794. which does not correspond with his information to you; there is no document on file in this Office that evidences his having been duly discharged.
