the Said Period. After Examination the Pay Roll is found to contain
amount stated by you, one dollar and fifty Cents arising from [your?]
calculated your rations at Philadelphia at 16 Cents in lieu of [undecipherable]
pence Pennsylvania Currency each of this surplus to leave an amount
on the Pay Roll of seven hundred and sixty Dollars and forty [undecipherable]
which sum you will receive from John S Dexter Esq Supervisor
Providence for giving him the necessary receipts holding
accountable for the due application of the Same.
