I received your letter of the 21st Inst.t with your account for Forage from 1st August to 30 November 1797. which cannot be acted on at Present for want of your having been Mustered on Captain Blackburns Muster Rolls. should the mea that he transmits evidence your having been present for the above period you will request of him to make you up on the Pay Roll what Pay & Forage there may be owing to you at the time and the same will be sent to you accordingly.
