Sir I received your letter of the 8^th Instant enclosing your account and vouchers for expenditures in transportation of public stores from Lancaster to Pittsburg which have been examined and found right, the amount thereof will be passed to your credit on the books of this Office. — Should you have any other vouchers it will be necessary for you to forward them, in order to exonerate you from the balance of three dollars and fifty seven cents due to the United States; otherwise that sum must be refunded, that your accounts may be finally closed.
