McHenry writes of a conference that General Wilkinson held with the Northwest Indians where they produced a document claiming it was an original counterpart to the Treaty of Greenville, but believes its a forgery. McHenry also encloses a letter written to Robert Oliver with an instruction to meet with DeButts as soon as he reaches Baltimore.
