In reply to your letter of the 31 Octobr last, you have annexed an account of the charges against you on the books of this Office, which will guide you in the Statement of your account. As you are without Vouchers and may not have it in your power to procure a certificate, certifying the justness of the Charges brought forward by you it will be requisite that you state your account Current & make affidavit thereto which will enable me to pass the same on the books of this Office.
