Sir,
I have received your letter of the 3. instant,
Agreeably to the request contained in one of your letters you are hereby authorized to muster the Troops at your rendezvous. You will have the Muster Rolls made out and sworn to agreeably to former directions one of which you will transmit to the Accountants Office of this department.
Blank Muster Rolls are enclosed.
