Sir,
I herein enclose you some printed Returns of Recruits one of which you will forward to me every other Saturday filled up with the names description &c of the Recruits that you may have inlisted within the fortnights and noting on the back thereof any occurences &c which may have happened.
On the Saturday you do not send a printed Return you will inform me of your success during that week without mentioning the names description &c of the persons inlisted
