The amount receipted on this will be passed to your credit on the Books of this Office, being [undecipherable] Hundred forty four dollars and sixty Cents, from the latter the following deductions have been made, Viz^t. Pay of Charles W[undecipherable] Corporal, deserted (which is forfeited by law) 9.29 and an overcalculation on the pay of Daniel Burns private of 13 Cents, which deductions leave a Balance due on the roll of Six hundred thirty three Doll and fifty two Cents which you will receive in the usual manner from Daniel Stevens Esq^r Supervisor Charleston on your giving the necessary Receipts holding yourself accountable.
