Wolcott respecting the Settlement of my accounts as [strikethrough: they are] now presented as I must decline submitting a matter which so clearly appears to be my just due and have mentioned that I have done several things extra which I have not at present charged for; altho I still claim it as a right; but as there appeared to be a misunderstanding about the tonnage I meant to give them in provided I was paid the full tonnage; they amt in the whole to 660 dollars* On the whole I think M^r.
