Mine of the 8th Instant informed you that I had, on that day, remitted 388. 15/100 to the Treas. it being the amount recd of Mr. J. Bedinger; & I had deposited the remittance in the post Office, but receiving yours of the 9th Instant that evening I withdrew the remittance, and have this day remitted the sum of three hundred & sixty dollars 15/100 agreeably to your last request — the 28. dol. I will be refunded to Mr. Bedinger and a new rect given to him for 360.15. agreeably to your written instructions.
