Pittsburgh — 6^th Nov. 179[1] Sir I am under the necessity of hav[ing] [to speak] about some mon[ey] [business] in which I am concerned — a small part of which I am [acquainted?] — [and] a part belongs to others who had no [title] made in my name — I shall be much obliged to you to attend to me for every circumstances, viz The two certificates N^o 50 & 51 are in the names of Dudly, Woodbridge and myself, do on which there [are considered the] United [States] 1619 doll: 5/90 cents which is to be paid on or before the [undecipherable]^th day of Dec^r next. Dudly, Woodbridge for his part has [sent] the enclosed bill for $13 [bod?] [undecipherable] and [there] in the remaining [undecipherable] to be paid for me $05 doll 49/90 cents, [undecipherable] you will please to pay, taking for me — Woodbridge's [undecipherable] receipts, the necessary receipts on the each of the two. [I] you will [charge] me with the [undecipherable] money on my account — The two certificates N^o [48 &] 49 are for land owned by Mr. Addison & others, but has been Taken out in my Name — There [is a sum] on these certificates 1560 doll which money has been some time [since] deposited [with] me — you will please to pay this per, taking [undecipherable] as [if] you directed, [which] you will charge to my account — I hope you will excuse the extraordinary [undecipherable] [occasions] to [undecipherable] me.
