Sir.
Inclosed I transmit you an Abstract of the Pay accounts as endorsd to Col. Neville, with a copy of the receipt for the Pay Rolls and vouchers; which, I find, is dated in June, and not in April 1795, as I supposed. Will you be good enough to let me know, whether Col. Neville has deposited the papers with you? The Ration, Forage & Contingent accounts, I can make out, as soon as I receive the definitive instructions from the Secretary at War, which he refers to in his letter on the subject.
I have forwarded the letter for Captain Buchanan to the Brigade Inspector of the County.
I am, with great esteem
Sir
