I Certify that from a letter of the Comptroller dated the 20th Instant enclosing a receipt of John Habersham Collector of the Customs for Savanna in Georgia dated 20th September 1797 Said Habersham has applied to the incidental and Contingent expenses of the War department the sum of One Hundred Dollars to be which he has drawn out of the monies arising from duties on Import and tonnage, and for which he is accountable in pursuance of a Warrant to be signed in his favour by the Secretary of War, to which said receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the Comptrollers communication —
