Sir
I have received your letter of the 13th instant and in obedience to your directions have called on Mr John Park Agent for James O'Hara at this post who informs me that the several requisitions alluded to in your letter were received and measures [strikethrough: were] are taking for fully complying with them and he further says that Colo O'Hara who is now in or near Philadelphia will call on you with full information with respect to provisions.
Boats shall be in readiness for transportation of the two Companies to Massac. Herewith, Sir, you will find enclosed a General return of those at this post up to the first of October 1797 and of Pay Vouchers Pay Rolls and Requisites up to the 1st of September last —
