Request for Account Information or Refund George Deneale, late a Captain in Virginia Militia of Cavalry
Document 1797Money advanced to Deneale by warrant for pay of Virginia militia called up to suppress an insurrection in the Western counties of Pennsylvania 1794 must be refunded to War Office since no vouchers were transmitted to Treasurer to exonerate Deneale. Col. Neville was furnished with corrections to attend to final settlement of said expedition. Neville will visit Office on the 15th by which time Simmons hoped vouchers will be furnished by Deneale.
