Mr Francis sent me the enclosed letter from Mr Blage, by which it would appear, that two, if not three, of the anchors for your Ship, were to be forwarded to Baltimore in the course of this week -

The necessity there is for completing the Ship Constellation in the shortest possible time; makes it proper that I should request that you will use your utmost diligence to put her on a situation to leave Baltimore by the most prompt, full and undivided exertion of your abilities, talents and force -
Should she suffer by any want of Industry or exertion on your part, it will be necessarily and justly be ascribed to you. I wish this to be avoided, and am with great regard &c
