In the accounts rendered by him accounting for those monies there are included sundry expenditures in the Hospital department. as accounts of this nature are settled at the Treasury I take the liberty of enclosing them to you and beg to request that after they have been adjusted I may be furnished from the proper Office with a certificate of the sum admitted to enable me to pass the same to the credit of his account on the Books of this Office.
