Annexed as a list of payments made at this Office Sin the 1^st June last to Lieut.^s Vischer and others for your government Lieut.^t P. Tallman was paid per his order to James Ot the sum of Two hundred seventy dollars and thirty three Cents for his pay from the 1 January to 30 June 1797 and subsisten from 1^st December 1796 to the 13^th July 1797 Lieut.^t Theop. Elmer was paid per his order to James Ot the sum of Three hundred eighteen dollars and eighty one Cents for his pay from 1 January to 30^th June 1797 and subsistence from 21 August 96 to 17 July 1797. Lieut. Nanning S. Vischer was remitted to Albany sixty dollars, which was for his pay for July and August last, and his subsistence to the 31 July last. Surgeon's Mate John G. Coffin's Subsistence up to 31 July last was included in the remittance to Lieutenant Vischer. Sam &c. H^r Simmons Acct.
