Pittsburg Department of War, Accountants Office October 2^d 1797 Sir I received your letter of the 18^th ulto covering the receipt of Ebenezer Snow for fourteen dollars being bounty paid him for entering into the service, Us which with two dollars for premia will be passed to the Credit of your account and leaves a balance due by you of Twenty three dollars and eighty nine Cents, which amount you will please to pay to Isaac Craig Esq^r. at Pittsburg taking duplicate receipts for the same, one of which you will please to transmit to this Office to enable me to close your account.
