I received your [letter] of the 2nd Inst enclosing Muster and Pay Rolls of yourself and the Men under your command for the months of July and August 1797 stationed at Fort Johnston amounting to fifty six dollars which sum has as usual been remitted to James Read Esqr Collector at Wilmington who will disburse the same agreeably to a Receipt Roll forwarded to him for the purpose.
