The Two hundred dollars sent for the recruiting service, you would receive of Edward Carrington Esq^r Supervisor, Virginia pursuant to my letter to you under date the 7^th Inst. with respect to the mode of receiving your pay &c. you will please make out your account monthly, charging your rations at the contract price at the post at which you may be stationed, and the amount will be transmitted to Edward Carrington Esq^r Supervisor with directions to pay to you on your signing the necessary receipts.
