The confusion which naturally might be expected to arise from a repetition of that dreadfull calamity the Yellow fever which has again made its appearance in this city and the removal of the Office to the Falls of the Schuylkill has prevented my acknowledging the receipt of your several letters of the 12th [strikethrough: 26th] 28. 30 & 31st July & 2 ulto with the accounts & vouchers accompanying them; as early as circumstances will admit I shall fully reply to your letters, and inform you of the result after examination
