I have received your letter of the 3d Inst covering your account Current and Vouchers, an examination of which has taken place, but the payments made for bounty cannot be passed to your Credit untill you forward the Muster Roll wherein the men are mustered, when you comply with this request, the balance of Seventy three dollars & ths due the United States will be held to your debit on the Books of this Office.
