As far the [undecipherable] has [undecipherable] [undecipherable] there are however circumstances relative to it which ought [undecipherable] to be dis- regarded. It [undecipherable] at this [undecipherable] to [undecipherable] what may be the [undecipherable] [undecipherable] of the refusal of the [undecipherable] to sell their land to the State of [undecipherable], or whether the desire to intrude upon it may not be [undecipherable] by the [undecipherable] in which the Agents of that State have [unfortunately?] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] reprehend the measures taken by Government to obtain it. In what manner the civil decision in the case of Harrison and others may affect the Indians. In this State of things the government has deemed it [advisable?] to give [undecipherable] an arrangement to the military force [within?] the Indian line, as may on the one hand, prevent the Indians from [undecipherable] into [undecipherable] threatening or hostile incursions on the frontier in- habitants of Georgia, and on the other hand the [undecipherable] the United States from intruding on the Indian land and [undecipherable] [undecipherable] and [undecipherable].
