IN pursuance of the authority of your letter of the 6th day of April — 1798 — I have drawn a duplicate sett of bills of exchange on you, No. 275. — dated at Cincinnati the 22 day of August — 1798 at ten days sight, in favor of Rezin Webster — or order for the sum of Three Hundred dollars, on account of the pay of the army for 1798
