Please to deliver Mr Hodgdon, for the garrison of Fort Mifflin, Three Serjeants, Three Musicians, and Thirty privates Suits of Artillerists Clothing, complete. Also four hundred weight Cannon powder, and Five Reams Cannon Cartridge Paper (exclusive of the one Ream ordered on the 17th instant. — And a Sufficient quantity of bunting, linen and thread, to make a small flag for the garrison barge. — One Fife and Fife Case.
