You stand charged on the Books of this Office, with monies received by you and which yet remain to be accounted for.
In pursuance of a Resolve of the House of Representatives of 3 March 1797 I am requested to lay before them in the first Week in January next an abstract of the names of all receivers of Public Monies from 1 January 1791 to 1 January 1797.
In order to prevent your name from appearing as a delinquent I have to request you will without delay account for the monies you received by producing the necessary Vouchers or
