You stand charged on the Books of this with Ninety Dollars & thirty six cents being so much r in your hands as appears by your account settled at Office on the 22d September 1794 which sum was to be by you to Capt William Haney being so much advanced said Haney to sundry men as by their receipts app for which you were to produce the receipt of Capt Haney at future day. —
In pursuance of a Resolve of the H of Representatives of the 3 March 1797 I am required to before them within the first Week in January next, an of the names &c of all those who are charged with mo at this Office, and being desirous to close as many ac as possible, I request you will be pleased to transmit Office immediately on receipt hereof the Vouchers for payment of the money to Captain Haney, that I m [or refund the same to the] enabled to pass the same to your credit.
