In pursuance of a Resolution of [undecipherable] of Representatives of 5^th March 1797 I am requested to [undecipherable] them within the first week in January next an[undecipherable] of the names of all receivers of public monies from [undecipherable] 1791 to 1 January 1797. In order to prevent your name from [undecipherable]pearing as a delinquent I have to request you wi[undecipherable]out delay account for the monies received by you by producing the necessary Vouchers or refund[undecipherable] balance to the Treasurer of the United States.
