You stand charged on the Books of this O[ffice] with monies received by you & which yet remains to b[e ac]-counted for.
In pursuance of a Resolution of the Hous[e of] Representatives of 3d march 1797 I am requested to la[y] them within the first Week in January next an abst[ract of] the names of all the receivers of Public monies from 1[791] to 1 January 1797.
In order to prevent your name from app[earing] as a delinquent I have to request you will without d[elay] account for the monies received by you either by [undecipherable]
