Andrew Harshell the sum of One hundred & ten dollars & fifty three cents being for their pay up to the 31 July 1797 which sum is to be transmitted to Nicholas Fish Supervisor New York and to be by him paid to the said Lieut. Harshell who is to be held accountable for the due applica-tion thereof.
