Enclosed is a receipt of John Habersham collector of the customs for Savannah in Georgia amounting to One hundred sixty eight dollars and sixty five Cents also a Warrant for that sum being for the Incidental and Contingent expences of the War Department to which the receipt is to be annexed agreeably to the request of the comptroller of the Treasury.
