Nicholson, who informs me that a M^r Thayer of Boston makes the best Fire Cargines in America, and on the simplest principles — It is therefore my wish, that the two Fire Cargines for that Ship may be made by him, under the inspection of Capt. Nicholson, who will be pleased to give such necessary directions for their ages as he may judge proper.
