enclosing Ht Dransy's certificate relative to artificer[s].
The Pay & Subsistence Rolls of th[e]
of Artillirists & Engineers have been examined an[d]
right, Amounts to One thousand four hundred, nin[e]
dollars and Sixty two Cents which sum you will [receive]
as usual, from Nicholas Fish Supervisor New Y[ork]
giving him duplicate receipts for the due applic[ation]
