Cornelius Syma[n] and a power of Attorney from Abraham Riblet — appears by the accounts of Capt. Powers that Abr[aha]m pay had been received by John Moylain assignee — signature to the power appears to be the same hand writing of that annexed to the power you forward[ed] it follows that the man sold his pay before he gav[e] the power.
