Herewith you will recieve a Return of Public Property issued by me and remaining on Hand between the 1st day of April and the 30th day of June 1797, and which I flatter myself will meet your approbation. ——
I will thank you to inform me of the Returns heretofore sent you when made out in a proper manner ——
