Having obtained from the General Statements of Quartermaster There are 18 Sixpounders at Philadelphia and as 19 Guns of other Calibres are wanted for the Algerine Frigates you will be pleased to inspect some of that number of good guns and of one Mould [undecipherable] be selected from among them and if not selected a number of each Mould are Suitable for those Services
