I have forwarded by Lieut Davidson the Accounts of John Norton esquire for the quarter of January and March being for Indian Supplies --
We are in this office exerting ourselves to get all the Accounts arranged and closed, and Shall not omit any time in this desirable object --
Mr Davidson who will hand you this is a young Officer from North Carolina; and never was at Philadelphia -- I have to request Your particular attention to him -- I have advanced him one hundred dollars as per receipt for expenses; and am Respectfully
