-closing the Muster & Pay rolls of the Detatchment un- -der your command and upon examination it appe- you have omitted to make up the pay of three perso- viz: John Sullivan, James Hutchinson & W^m Kirsle- as these men are said to be mustered present and no particular remarks opposed to their names I thou- it most proper to order their pay to be added, never- -theless if you know any reason for withholding it you will not fail to do it.
