The enclosed is the duplicate of my letter of 19th Inst. to which I beg leave to refer you. I have sinc received communications from the P.M.G. enclosin Mr. Vance's accounts as Paymaster of 3d Subdlegion a a considerable parcel of Recruiting accounts of Officers received money for that purpose with the Army. I ho the others Paymasters accounts will soon follow them I am very anxious to know the situation of them
with the greatest respect &c.
