You stand charged on the Books of this Officers with One hundred twenty nine Dollars and fifty Cents being amount received by you on the 10th Sept. 1792 on account of Three Months Pay, Subsistence and Forage, and for which you have not rendered any account to close the same.
I have therefore to request you will immediately transmit such papers to this Office as will fully authorise my Balancing your Account.
In expectation of hearing from you in a few Posts.
