On examination of the accounts of Col Henry Gaither for payments made by him to the Troops in Georgia I find that he has paid your draft on John Habersham A.W.P. Savannah for your Pay Subsistence for the same period that you were settled with at this Office on your resignation — I enclose a statement of the amount you now stand charged with on the Books of this Office, and request that you will immediately pay the amount into the hands of Isaac Craig Esqr Dep D.M.G. in Pittsburg, and take duplicate receipts, one of which you will forward to this Office for your exhonoration.
