I received your letter of the 5th Inst. your receipt for Pay for the month of October 1791 is in this Office included with that for November & December in the same year.
You will please to state your account for Pay & Subsistence to the time you left the service, and forward a certificate of the Paymaster shewing the date you were last paid to; if you cannot procure this your deposition to the account will be necessary —— If you are at a loss for the Contract price of the Rations, you will note the places you were stationed at and the period — The price will then be affixed from the Contract here.
