I Certify that there is due to Lieutt Saml J. Dyson and the Non Commissioned Officers and Privates stationed at Fort Whetstone Point near Baltimore under the command of Capt Mauls. Morris the sum of Three Hundred thirty one dollars and Ninety seven Cents being for the Pay of the said Lieutt Saml J. Dyson and the Non Commissioned Officers & Privates of the said Detachment up to the 30th April 1797 inclusive, which sum is to be transmitted to John Hilts Supervisor at Baltimore and to be by him paid to the said Mauls. Morris who is to be held accountable for the due application thereof.
