Sir,
I have at length found time to search for the Vouchers to my secret service account which you have under cover —
The name of the person to whom the third charge has reference is suppressed because of my promises, founded on the particular situation of his family him and now in Canada —
The money paid Fowler was for fraudulent pretensions to service as a Spy, I wrote Genl Knox on the subject, the case was laid before the Atty Genl and I was directed to submit to the judgment —
Vouchers to the four last articles can be had and shall be transmitted to you —
With respect and esteem I am Sir
Your mo. obedt Sert
Signed — Jas Wilkinson
